Before starting Vita Group, Jon was Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at 

​Colle + McVoy, Minneapolis. A copywriter by background, Jon also handles much of the design work for Vita clients – thanks to the advancement of computers.

BARB MARTINSON, PROJECT MANAGEMENT


Like Alison, Ally is a former Marketing Communications Specialist at 3M. In her Vita role, she handles design, file preparation and occasional project management duties. She also spends time designing and producing regional business and parenting publications.  

Alison is a former Marketing Communications Specialist with 3M Health Care. Her prior experience includes time spent as a copy editor at Lippincott Health Care Publishing. In her free time, she tames horses – a job that bears many similarities to managing projects.

Prior to joining Vita Group, Barb held various Traffic and Account Executive roles at several Twin Cities agencies, including Ruhr, Martin-Williams and Colle + McVoy. She shares an office with two dogs that provide companionship and protection against local squirrels.   

ALISON FETTEN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Joseph has a degree in Computer Science 

​which enables him to adroitly address most digital communications subjects. And it makes him a fastidious practitioner of file preparation and photo retouching. Outside of work, he is a diehard fan of local comedy and the North Shore.
